Troy Mertz and Village of Gilberts wins award for Fosiva

Kane County Leader Summit 2016

At the 2016 Kane County Leaders Summit Fosiva was highly acknowledged for their innovation in Fiber to the Home in The Conservancy of Gilberts, IL.  The Summit was really focused on the future of Kane County in the digital age, with a large part focused on Fiber Optics.  On the topic was a panel of experts in fiber, data, and bringing it to communities.  Part of this panel was Troy Mertz whom is the visionary behind Fosiva and it’s Gigabit Internet Access.

Toward the end of the Summit was the Sparkler Awards, with Troy Mertz with the Village of Gilberts taking the award in the category of Innovation for the Fiber to the Home solutions being offered to The Conservancy in Gilberts, IL.
